GETTING HERE

Ginestas is a small quiet village of about 1000 inhabitants in the Department of Aude in the Languedoc-Roussillion Region in the South of France.

Directions

From Ventenac...

• Exit Ventenac direction Ginestas, as you approach Ginestas, you will pass the Gendarmerie on the left. 

• Continue another 100 metres untill you reach the war memorial on the right. 

• Turn right at the memorial, continue past Credit Agricole on the left and the Marie on the right. 

• Look for the school on the right, and take the first right into Rue De L'Espandidou. 

• The entrance to the gite is to the rear, so continue along the road taking the first right. 

• Continue 50 metres to the 'T' junction and turn right. 

• Entrance is 100 metres on the right identified by the black wrought iron double gates.

From Narbonne...

• From Narbonne take the St Marcel and Macorignan road, through St Marcel, passing Aldi and then Intermarche supermarkets on the Right. 

• Straight over the roundabout and over the hump back bridge, taking you over the canal du midi. 

• 200 metres, take the left fork signed Ginestas. continue for about 3/4 mile to the STOP sign. 

• Turn left and follow the road into Ginestas, passing the Pharmacy on the  right and follow the natural progression of the road around a sharp left hand bend. 

• In 100 metres, take the first left into Rue De L'Espandidou, then as above......
